We operate at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 , KLIA.

Which level is your outlet located on?

We are located at the Arrival Level — Level 3 in Terminal 1, KLIA, and Level 2 in Terminal 2, KLIA.

What are your operating hours?

We are open 24 hours.

Do you offer other baggage-handling services?

Yes. We offer storage, lockers, wrapping, courier, and excess baggage services.

Can someone collect my luggage on my behalf?

Yes. Please provide the collector’s details and he or she must show the receipt upon collection and sign the 3d party collection form.

How do you determine the price?

Our pricing is based on the SIZE of the luggage. Charges apply per 24 hours. For shorter durations, we offer lockers.

How can I make my payment?

We accept cash, credit cards, QR payments, and e-wallets.

Do I need to make a booking or can I walk in?

You can walk in directly.

I stored my luggage at Terminal 2 but I'm flying back from Terminal 1. Can you transport my luggage from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1?

It depends on the situation. Please contact our outlet for this additional service.
